Restore Your Core 1:1 sessions include whole-body techniques to support your core + pelvic floor health. This is for you if you have (or want to prevent) diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, sneeze pee (or couch pee, or laugh pee, any kind of incontinence), or low/back hip pain. It's ideal to do this before pregnancy, or 12+ weeks postpartum, however you do not have to have ever had kids to reap the benefits of this work. If virtual, recorded videos must be sent 24 hrs before this session.
